Canada is interested to attract entrepreneurs who have potential to initiate innovative and creative companies and create employment. If an applicant have a good idea and be able to convince one of the organizations introduced by Immigration Refugee Citizenship Canada to invest in her/his proposed idea, a startup visa is issued to her/him and her/his family. The important point is that the applicant is not allowed to invest personally unless the introduced organizations ask her/him to participate in investment. This visa doesn’t depends on success of the business and even if the business is failed after the person entered Canada, there will be no problem in her/his or her/his family’s permanent residence. 2750 cases are selected annually in Startup program.
